I am so happy that I found Crepos! I could hear squirrels running around in my walls for months. I asked around several times, but no one seemed to know who to call or what to do. Finally, the squirrel managed to chew a hole in the crawl space entry and fell into the bedroom closet! I had to either move out of the house or find someone to evict him. I put out an urgent message on Facebook for ideas, and thankfully a neighbor told me about Crespos. I made the call and was so happy to get a calm, reassuring response that this could be taken care of immediately. Within hours Patrick arrive and caught our first squirrel. Patrick was the best, so professional and accommodating. He said they probably travel with friends, so he set traps and came back the next day to take out the second one. He left some traps in the closet in case anyone else showed up, but it looks like all the squirrels are out! Patrick even fixed the hole in the ceiling so I don’t have to expect anymore visitors. Price wasn’t too bad, and honestly, I’d have given anything to get those squirrels out of my house- living at the Holiday Inn would have been more expensive!
When you are sitting upstairs watching TV and you hear the click, click tapping of feet above you and then hear some one bowling up in the attic and then hear the chattering, You know you have a squirrel. To my own fault I have feeders out and every one eats from them so when the red squirrel found a way into the house on a cold winter night you start to worry about the damage he will do, wires chewed etc. Not knowing who to call I called Eherlich who referred me to Crespo’s. Best thing that could have happened. I called that night and the next day Patrick came to set the trap and it is nice to have a kill/no kill option. Everything worked out great, Patrick checked the trap the next day and the squirrel was caught but he left trap in case there was more than 1 which luckily there wasn’t. He told my boyfriend that they are 24/7 if we need anything call and he would be right out to help. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!! 5 Stars for sure.
I was referred to Crespo’s by a local pest management company that was not licensed to deal with whatever wildlife was making loud scrabbling noises in my upstairs walls. I spoke to Larry & Patrick and was able to schedule a visit within a day or two that worked with both our schedules. My house does not have an attic or even a crawl space below the main roof so I was a little concerned about how it would be possible to get whatever animal this was out of my house without cutting a hole in the walls. Patrick set several traps outside and a couple of traps in the one accessible crawl space under the front eave. Within a day or two, a flying squirrel was captured inside. According to Larry, flying squirrels tend to colonize, so a decision was made to keep the traps replenished & in place a little longer. Crespo’s was willing to keep coming back until noises were no longer heard in the walls. It took about a month and the final bill was not as heart-stopping as I thought it might be! In addition to being willing to work around my availability, both Larry & Patrick were polite, knowledgeable & willing to answer any questions I might have.
We had flying squirrels in our attic trying to chew their way down through the ceiling. I called Crespo’s and Patrick came to the house and took care of the problem in no time. Checked the entire house for entry points and gave us advise to stop future visitors. Reasonable prices too. Thanks Crespo’s!
